Indigenous governments and organizationsprovinces, territories and municipalities serving Indigenous and/or northern populationscommunity housing providers such as public or private non-profit housing organizations or rental co-operatives serving Indigenous and/or northern populationsprivate sector housing providers serving Indigenous and/or northern populations

• Charities registered with the Canada Revenue Agency
• Non-profit organizations who partner with a municipal body, territorial or provincial government
• Non-profit organizations who partner with First Nations, Inuit or Métis governments/communities; the municipal body or government/community must agree to receive contributed money.
• Town, city, rural municipality, or First Nations, Inuit or Métis government/community under 150,000 people
• Organizations that have not received AgriSpirit funding in the past five years
