Our mission at Community Power is to identify and unlock capital for Nations in need of important energy and infrastructure upgrades. Historically, securing funding for Indigenous communities has been challenging and inconsistent – something our team is committed to changing.
Community Power’s success stems from our ability to accurately assess mutual gain and benefit between the funder and the community. We work closely with and listen to community leaders to understand the funding gaps and unique requirements for each Nation.
Over $15 Million in Successful Funding Secured
Since 2009, we have worked with community partners to apply for over $60M in funding, successfully delivering over $15M in energy and housing project funding for communities.
We track the funding landscape to provide valuable insight into what funding sources are available to the communities we serve. This insight enables us to successfully align the goals of the Nation and the funder, establishing solid, long-lasting relationships with both communities and funders alike.
