Larissa believes that kind, talented, and driven people will create the biggest impact for our clients. Her job is to find the best people to build our high performing teams and help optimize their performance.
Larissa graduated from the University of British Columbia’s Commerce program in 2003, where she specialized in Human Resources and Labour Relations. She trained at Royal Roads University to achieve her Certified Executive Coach (CEC) designation, and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coach Federation.
Working in human resources for the tourism, non-profit, and energy efficiency industries, Larissa has maintained her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation since 2003. From 2006 to 2019 Larissa was a valued contributor to her community of peers in Vancouver’s HR Non-Profit Roundtable, and volunteered with UNICEF Canada’s Human Resources Committee from 2003-2010.
Larissa regularly enjoys the great outdoors with her family, fulfilling passions for cycling, skiing, camping, and cultivating her urban garden.
