    Brittany Carroll

    Energy Services Team Lead
    Having worked in many different sectors of the energy industry, Brittany is well versed in energy system design, energy auditing, and conservation projects including lighting design and analysis. She is passionate about energy efficiency and sustainability and strives to make a difference in the communities where she lives and works. As the Engineering Services Team Lead at Community Power, Brit is responsible for acting as a liaison and advocate between the engineering technical team and executive management to ensure projects run smoothly. Brittany holds a Diploma in Energy Sustainability Engineering Technology from the Nova Scotia Community College where she developed a strong understanding of how society consumes and produces energy within building systems. She also has a Certificate in Solar Design and Installation and is a certified LED Professional and R3 Interactions and Transactions. Prior to joining Community Power, Brittany was an Energy Efficiency Specialist for the Cape Breton Regional Municipality and for Rexel Canada Electric. She was also employed as a Research Assistant for the Renewable Energy and Climate Change Program for the Municipality of the District of Digby.
