What drew Allison to Community Power was its focus on developing and delivering valuable and measurable changes to Indigenous communities. Allison is driven by finding solutions to complex challenges and on seeing projects through from inception to completion, and she thrives on making a difference on the communities she works with. As a Project Manager, she is responsible for overseeing project schedules, ensuring milestones are met, and providing clients with continual updates on project progression.
With a tri-continental Master in Global Business from the University of Victoria, Allison gained global experience, both by living abroad and by facilitating an international research and consulting project while studying in Canada, France and South Korea. She also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Simon Fraser University.
Allison was a Manager for GFL Environmental Inc. and a Financial Manager and Advisor at Incentive Access Group prior to joining Community Power. These positions helped Allison hone her skills and expertise in project management, data analysis, and interpreting corporate financials.
